These Website Terms explain the rules that apply when you access or use the website and online services operated by VIAVERA LOGISTICS LTD.
Please read these terms carefully.
These Website Terms govern your use of our website only. They do not, by themselves, create a contract for freight forwarding, transport, carriage, customs clearance, insurance or any other logistics service.
Any confirmed transport or logistics service will be subject to the specific quotation, booking confirmation and any separate terms expressly provided or incorporated into that booking.

In these Website Terms, “Viavera Logistics”, “Viavera”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean VIAVERA LOGISTICS LTD.
“You” and “your” mean any person who accesses, browses or uses our website or online services.
About our website
Our website provides information about Viavera Logistics and the road freight and related logistics services that we may be able to arrange or coordinate.
The website may include information about services such as:
- UK road freight;
- European road freight;
- UK–EU transport;
- same-day freight;
- urgent freight;
- pallet delivery;
- groupage freight;
- part loads;
- full loads;
- dedicated freight;
- overflow transport support;
- specialist freight;
- customs-clearance coordination where required and expressly agreed;
- shipment tracking; and
- other transport-related services.
The availability and suitability of any service depends on the actual shipment requirements, location, timing, goods, vehicle requirements, carrier availability, legal requirements and other relevant circumstances.
Information on the website does not guarantee that a particular service, vehicle, route, collection time, delivery time or transport solution will be available for a particular shipment.
Acceptance of these Website Terms
By accessing or using our website, you agree to use it in accordance with these Website Terms.
If you do not agree with these Website Terms, you should stop using the website.
These Website Terms apply only to the use of our website and related online functionality.
They do not replace or override the terms of a confirmed freight or logistics booking.
Our services are intended primarily for businesses
Viavera Logistics provides commercial road freight and logistics support primarily to businesses and organisations.
Our freight services are not promoted as general consumer parcel-delivery services.
If you are acting as a consumer and applicable consumer law gives you rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, nothing in these Website Terms affects those rights.
No transport contract is formed simply by using the website
Accessing our website, contacting us or submitting information does not automatically create a contract with Viavera Logistics.
In particular, a transport contract is not automatically created because you:
- visit the website;
- complete a quotation form;
- submit a contact form;
- send us an email;
- send us a WhatsApp message;
- telephone us;
- provide shipment information;
- request availability;
- receive an automated acknowledgement;
- access a tracking page; or
- discuss a potential shipment with us.
A request for a quotation is a request for us to consider the shipment requirements and, where appropriate, provide proposed pricing or service information.
It does not itself constitute a confirmed booking.
Quotations
Any quotation provided by Viavera Logistics is based on the information available to us at the time.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a quotation may be subject to matters including:
- final confirmation of shipment details;
- carrier and vehicle availability;
- collection and delivery requirements;
- accurate weight and dimensions;
- goods description;
- loading and unloading requirements;
- access restrictions;
- required equipment;
- route conditions;
- customs requirements;
- legal or regulatory requirements;
- waiting time or additional services;
- changes requested after quotation;
- changes in circumstances outside our reasonable control; and
- the validity period stated in the quotation.
Submitting a quotation request does not reserve transport capacity.
Receiving a quotation does not necessarily mean that a vehicle, carrier or collection slot has been reserved.
Unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing, availability remains subject to confirmation at the time a booking is accepted.
When a booking becomes confirmed
A booking is only confirmed when Viavera Logistics expressly accepts the booking through an authorised communication and confirms the relevant service arrangements.
The specific circumstances in which a transport contract is formed will depend on the communications, quotation, booking confirmation and terms applicable to that particular shipment.
An automated website message confirming that a form has been received is not, by itself, confirmation that a transport booking has been accepted.
We recommend that customers do not assume transport has been arranged until they have received clear confirmation from Viavera Logistics.
Separate terms for freight and logistics services
These Website Terms govern use of the website.
They are not intended to contain all of the contractual terms governing the movement of goods.
A confirmed shipment may be governed by additional documents and terms, including, where applicable:
- the accepted quotation;
- booking confirmation;
- shipment instructions;
- agreed service requirements;
- applicable trading or transport terms;
- carrier or subcontractor arrangements where relevant;
- customs-related instructions;
- insurance arrangements where expressly agreed; and
- applicable law or international conventions.
Where there is a conflict between these Website Terms and terms expressly agreed for a confirmed transport service, the terms applicable to the confirmed transport service will take priority in relation to that service.
Our role in arranging transport
Viavera Logistics arranges and coordinates road freight and related logistics services.
Depending on the specific booking and agreed arrangement, transport or related services may be performed with the involvement of selected third-party carriers, subcontractors, customs providers or other service providers.
Our precise contractual role and responsibilities in relation to a particular shipment will depend on the arrangement that has actually been agreed.
Nothing on the website should be interpreted as changing the legal role or responsibility expressly agreed for a particular booking.
Carrier and subcontractor availability
References on the website to our transport capabilities, carrier network, coverage or access to vehicle types describe the services we may be able to arrange.
They do not mean that:
- every vehicle type is owned by Viavera Logistics;
- every carrier is directly employed by Viavera Logistics;
- every vehicle is available at all times;
- capacity is guaranteed in every location;
- every request will be accepted; or
- the same carrier or vehicle will be used for every shipment.
We may use appropriately selected third-party transport providers and other service providers where this forms part of the agreed logistics arrangement.
Vehicle information and vehicle guides
Our website may contain information, illustrations, photographs or guides relating to vehicle types.
These may include examples such as:
- vans;
- box vehicles;
- curtain-sided vehicles;
- rigid vehicles;
- articulated vehicles;
- refrigerated vehicles;
- flatbeds;
- specialist vehicles; and
- other road-freight equipment.
Vehicle images are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise.
Actual vehicles may differ in:
- make;
- model;
- appearance;
- colour;
- body configuration;
- internal dimensions;
- external dimensions;
- payload;
- loading capacity;
- door dimensions;
- equipment; and
- other specifications.
Any measurements, payloads, capacities or pallet estimates shown on the website should be treated as general guidance only.
Actual capacity can vary between vehicles and may also be affected by:
- weight distribution;
- legal weight restrictions;
- dimensions of the goods;
- packaging;
- loading method;
- stackability;
- securing requirements;
- route restrictions;
- equipment;
- vehicle configuration; and
- applicable law.
Customers should provide accurate shipment details and should not rely solely on a general website vehicle guide when determining whether a particular vehicle is suitable.
Final vehicle suitability should be confirmed as part of the quotation or booking process.
Photographs and illustrations
Photographs, graphics, vehicle illustrations, maps, route graphics and other visual content on our website may be used for illustrative and marketing purposes.
An image does not necessarily represent:
- the exact vehicle that will perform a shipment;
- a vehicle owned by Viavera Logistics;
- a particular carrier;
- a specific live route;
- a guaranteed service;
- a current shipment; or
- the exact appearance of a service that will be provided.
Where a particular vehicle specification or capability is important to the shipment, it must be expressly communicated and confirmed as part of the booking.
Service areas and route information
References to the United Kingdom, Europe, UK–EU transport, particular countries, regions, routes or destinations describe areas in which we may be able to provide or arrange services.
They do not guarantee that:
- every postcode or location is always serviceable;
- every route is available at all times;
- border or customs procedures will proceed without delay;
- transport capacity will always be available;
- every type of goods can be accepted on every route; or
- the same transit time will apply to every shipment.
Actual service availability must be assessed against the specific shipment requirements.
Collection and delivery times
Any transit time, collection time, delivery time, estimated arrival time or service timeframe displayed on the website is general information unless expressly confirmed for a particular booking.
Road freight can be affected by circumstances including:
- traffic;
- road closures;
- weather;
- border procedures;
- customs procedures;
- ferry or rail disruption;
- accidents;
- vehicle breakdowns;
- loading or unloading delays;
- site restrictions;
- waiting time;
- legal driving-hour requirements;
- regulatory checks;
- strikes;
- public authority action; and
- other circumstances outside reasonable control.
A requested or estimated time is not automatically a guaranteed contractual deadline.
Any guaranteed or time-critical commitment must be expressly agreed as part of the specific booking.
Same-day, urgent and dedicated freight
References to same-day, urgent, express, time-critical or dedicated freight describe service options that may be available depending on the circumstances.
They do not mean that every request can be accepted immediately.
Availability may depend on:
- the collection location;
- delivery location;
- time of enquiry;
- vehicle requirements;
- type of goods;
- carrier availability;
- border and customs requirements;
- legal driving restrictions; and
- other operational factors.
A same-day or urgent service is only confirmed once Viavera Logistics has expressly accepted the relevant booking.
Enquiries outside normal operating hours
Our website may allow visitors to submit enquiries outside our main operating hours.
The ability to submit a form, email or WhatsApp message at any time does not mean that the enquiry is being actively monitored or processed immediately.
Outside-hours, overnight, weekend and public-holiday enquiries remain subject to:
- staff availability;
- carrier availability;
- suitable transport capacity; and
- express confirmation.
A transport booking should not be assumed to be confirmed until Viavera Logistics has expressly accepted it.
Information you provide to us
When submitting an enquiry, quotation request or other information, you should provide information that is complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Relevant information may include:
- collection and delivery locations;
- collection and delivery dates;
- requested times;
- goods description;
- quantity;
- pallet type;
- dimensions;
- weight;
- stackability;
- loading requirements;
- unloading requirements;
- site restrictions;
- vehicle requirements;
- temperature requirements;
- dangerous or regulated goods information;
- customs information;
- contact information; and
- any other requirement that could reasonably affect the quotation or transport arrangement.
A quotation or proposed transport solution may be unsuitable or require amendment if important information is missing, inaccurate or changes.
Special loading and delivery requirements
You should clearly disclose any special requirement that may affect how a shipment must be collected, transported or delivered.
Examples may include:
- side loading;
- rear loading;
- loading from above;
- tail-lift requirements;
- pallet-truck requirements;
- forklift requirements;
- crane requirements;
- limited site access;
- height restrictions;
- timed booking slots;
- driver-assist requirements;
- handballing;
- non-stackable goods;
- oversized goods;
- temperature control;
- hazardous or regulated goods;
- fragile goods;
- high-value goods; and
- unusual securing requirements.
The presence of a service or vehicle type on our website does not mean that the specific requirement has been included in your quotation or booking.
Special requirements should be expressly disclosed and confirmed.
Dangerous, hazardous, prohibited and regulated goods
The website must not be interpreted as automatic acceptance of any type of goods.
Certain goods may:
- require specialist handling;
- require particular documentation;
- require specially equipped vehicles;
- require appropriately qualified carriers or drivers;
- be subject to restrictions;
- require prior approval; or
- be prohibited from transport.
You must not assume that dangerous, hazardous, restricted, illegal or regulated goods will be accepted simply because you are able to submit information through the website.
Any relevant classification, restriction or specialist requirement must be disclosed before booking.
Acceptance is subject to express confirmation.
Nothing on our website should be treated as legal, regulatory or dangerous-goods advice.
Customs and cross-border movements
Our website may refer to customs clearance or customs support.
Customs clearance is not automatically included in every international freight quotation or booking.
Where customs services or customs-clearance coordination are required, the exact responsibilities and arrangements should be expressly confirmed.
Depending on the shipment, customs formalities may involve independent customs agents, brokers, importers, exporters, authorities or other third parties.
The customer and relevant shipment parties are responsible for providing complete, accurate and timely information and documents required for the agreed process.
Information on our website about customs, importing, exporting, duties, taxes, commodity codes or border procedures is general information only.
It should not be treated as legal, tax or specialist customs advice.
Customs decisions and border procedures are ultimately subject to the relevant authorities and applicable law.
Insurance and cargo protection
References on our website to insurance, freight liability cover or business insurance do not mean that every shipment is automatically insured by Viavera Logistics for the full commercial, invoice, replacement or consequential value of the goods.
Carrier liability and cargo insurance are different forms of protection.
Liability for loss of or damage to goods may be subject to:
- the contractual arrangement;
- applicable transport terms;
- applicable law;
- international conventions;
- liability limits;
- exclusions; and
- the circumstances of the loss or damage.
Additional cargo insurance, where available, is only arranged where it has been specifically requested, accepted and expressly confirmed before the relevant shipment, subject to the applicable insurer’s terms, conditions, exclusions, limits and premium.
Nothing on the website constitutes:
- an insurance contract;
- an insurance policy;
- a guarantee of insurance coverage; or
- confirmation that particular goods are insured for their full value.
Where the value or nature of the goods makes additional cargo insurance important, this should be discussed with Viavera Logistics before the shipment is confirmed.
Shipment tracking
We may provide online shipment-tracking functionality for certain bookings.
Tracking information is provided to assist customers and authorised business contacts with shipment visibility.
Depending on the service, tracking information may include:
- booked status;
- collection status;
- in-transit status;
- delivery progress;
- estimated arrival information;
- operational updates;
- delivery confirmation; and
- proof-of-delivery availability.
Tracking information may be based on information received from:
- carriers;
- drivers;
- operational contacts;
- transport systems;
- shipment documents; or
- other service providers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, our tracking service should not be assumed to provide continuous real-time GPS tracking of the vehicle.
Tracking information is operational information
We aim to keep shipment information reasonably current, but tracking updates may occasionally be:
- delayed;
- incomplete;
- awaiting confirmation;
- dependent on information from a third party; or
- affected by technical issues.
An estimated time of arrival is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise.
A tracking status does not change the contractual terms of the relevant booking.
Where there is a significant operational question about a shipment, customers should contact Viavera Logistics directly.
Protecting tracking access
Shipment references, tracking links and other access information should only be shared with people who are authorised to view the relevant shipment information.
You must not:
- attempt to access a shipment that you are not authorised to view;
- guess or systematically test shipment references;
- attempt to bypass website security;
- use automated tools to discover tracking pages;
- interfere with tracking systems; or
- share tracking information publicly without appropriate authority.
If you believe that tracking access information has been disclosed to an unauthorised person, please contact us promptly.
Proof of delivery and shipment documents
Where available, we may provide access to proof-of-delivery documents or other shipment records.
The availability of a document through the website or tracking system may depend on:
- the carrier;
- the transport arrangement;
- the document having been received;
- document quality;
- technical processing; and
- other operational circumstances.
A document not yet being available online does not necessarily mean that the underlying transport event has not occurred.
Shipment documents may contain personal or commercial information and should only be used for legitimate purposes connected with the relevant shipment.
Accuracy of website information
We take reasonable care to provide useful and accurate information.
However, the logistics industry is operationally dynamic, and website information may not always reflect:
- live vehicle availability;
- current carrier availability;
- current pricing;
- current route conditions;
- temporary operational restrictions;
- changes in legislation or regulation;
- current customs requirements;
- current third-party service availability; or
- the precise circumstances of a particular shipment.
We may update, correct, remove or change website content where appropriate.
Where information is important to a specific booking or commercial decision, it should be confirmed directly with us.
No professional advice
Website content is provided for general business and service information.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, nothing on the website constitutes:
- legal advice;
- tax advice;
- customs advice;
- insurance advice;
- financial advice;
- dangerous-goods advice;
- regulatory advice; or
- professional advice on which you should rely without obtaining appropriate specialist assistance where required.
Website availability
We aim to keep our website and online services available and functioning properly.
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Access may be affected by:
- maintenance;
- updates;
- technical problems;
- internet failures;
- hosting issues;
- security incidents;
- third-party service failures; or
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may suspend, restrict or change all or part of the website where reasonably necessary.
Website security
We take reasonable steps to protect our website and online services.
However, no website or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure or free from every harmful component.
You are responsible for using appropriate security protections on your own devices and systems.
You must not knowingly introduce:
- viruses;
- malware;
- ransomware;
- spyware;
- malicious code;
- harmful scripts; or
- other material intended to damage, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to systems.
Acceptable use
You may use our website only for lawful purposes.
You must not use the website:
- in breach of applicable law;
- fraudulently;
- to impersonate another person or organisation;
- to submit knowingly false or misleading information;
- to interfere with website operation;
- to test or exploit security without authorisation;
- to gain unauthorised access to systems or data;
- to transmit malware or harmful code;
- to overload or disrupt our infrastructure;
- to collect personal information unlawfully;
- to scrape or systematically extract website data without permission;
- to infringe intellectual-property rights;
- to submit unlawful, abusive or harmful content; or
- in a way that could damage Viavera Logistics, our customers, suppliers, carriers or other users.
We may restrict access where we reasonably believe the website is being misused.
Automated access and scraping
You may not use bots, crawlers, automated scripts, scraping tools or similar technologies to systematically access, extract, copy or reproduce website content or tracking information without our prior written permission.
This does not restrict legitimate search-engine indexing carried out in accordance with normal technical instructions provided by the website.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, intellectual-property rights in the website and its original content are owned by, licensed to or lawfully used by Viavera Logistics.
This may include rights in:
- written content;
- website design;
- branding;
- logos;
- graphics;
- illustrations;
- photographs;
- videos;
- icons;
- layouts;
- service descriptions; and
- other original materials.
You may view and use the website for legitimate personal or internal business purposes connected with considering or using our services.
You may not, without appropriate permission:
- reproduce substantial parts of the website;
- republish website content as your own;
- commercially exploit our content;
- copy our branding;
- remove ownership notices;
- modify content in a misleading way; or
- use our intellectual property in a way that suggests an unauthorised association with Viavera Logistics.
Third-party trade marks, logos and content remain the property of their respective owners.
Information and material you provide
Where you send us information, documents, photographs or other material, you confirm that, to the best of your knowledge:
- you are entitled to provide it;
- its provision is lawful;
- it does not knowingly infringe another person’s rights; and
- it does not contain malicious software or harmful code.
You retain any ownership rights you may have in material you provide.
You permit us to use that material to the extent reasonably necessary to:
- respond to your enquiry;
- prepare a quotation;
- assess a shipment;
- manage a booking;
- arrange transport;
- coordinate customs or other agreed services;
- handle a complaint or claim;
- comply with legal obligations; or
- otherwise deal with the purpose for which the information was supplied.
Our processing of personal information is explained in our Privacy Notice.
Privacy and personal information
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Notice.
The Privacy Notice explains matters including:
- what personal information we may collect;
- how we collect it;
- why we use it;
- our lawful bases;
- who we may share it with;
- international transfers;
- retention;
- security; and
- your data-protection rights.
These Website Terms should be read together with the Privacy Notice.
Cookies and similar technologies
Our use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in our Cookie Notice.
The Cookie Notice explains:
- the types of technologies that may be used;
- why they may be used;
- when consent may be required;
- available legal exceptions; and
- how you can manage applicable preferences.
Third-party websites and services
Our website may contain links to websites, applications or services operated by other organisations.
These may include communication services, mapping services, social platforms or other external resources.
A link does not necessarily mean that we:
- control the third-party service;
- endorse every part of its content;
- guarantee its availability;
- accept responsibility for its security; or
- control how it processes information.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy information and policies.
You should review those where appropriate.
WhatsApp and other communication services
Where our website provides a link to contact us through WhatsApp or another third-party communication service, your use of that external service is also subject to the provider’s own terms and privacy practices.
Sending a message does not automatically confirm a transport booking.
Urgent or time-critical requirements should not be assumed to have been accepted until Viavera Logistics has expressly confirmed the booking.
Links to our website
You may link to publicly available pages of our website in a lawful and fair manner.
You must not link to our website in a way that:
- falsely suggests a partnership, endorsement or commercial relationship;
- is misleading;
- damages our reputation;
- unlawfully uses our branding; or
- frames or reproduces substantial parts of our website without permission.
We may request the removal of a link where there is a legitimate reason to do so.
Liability relating to confirmed transport services
These Website Terms do not determine the full extent of liability for:
- carriage of goods;
- freight forwarding;
- loss of goods;
- damage to goods;
- delay;
- customs services;
- insurance;
- subcontracted transport; or
- another confirmed logistics service.
Liability relating to a confirmed service will be determined by the actual contractual arrangement, any applicable terms and applicable law.
Nothing in these Website Terms is intended to override liability provisions that apply to a confirmed booking.
Our liability for use of the website
Nothing in these Website Terms excludes or restricts liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
In particular, nothing excludes or restricts liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot lawfully be excluded;
- fraud;
- fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Subject to the above and to the extent permitted by law, Viavera Logistics will not be responsible under these Website Terms for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from:
- use of the website;
- inability to access the website;
- temporary website unavailability;
- reliance on general website content without confirming information relevant to a specific booking; or
- unauthorised or improper use of the website.
For business users, this may include indirect loss of:
- profit;
- revenue;
- business;
- opportunity;
- anticipated savings;
- goodwill; or
- data,
to the extent that exclusion or restriction is permitted by law and reasonable in the circumstances.
Nothing in this section limits any separate liability that may arise under a confirmed transport contract.
Events outside our reasonable control
We are not responsible for a failure of the website caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Examples may include:
- internet or telecommunications failures;
- third-party hosting failures;
- cyberattacks;
- power failures;
- public authority action;
- natural events;
- major infrastructure disruption; or
- other circumstances that we could not reasonably prevent.
This section relates to the website.
Any force-majeure or similar provisions applicable to a confirmed transport service will depend on the terms governing that service.
Transport complaints and claims
Complaints or claims relating to a confirmed transport service may be subject to:
- specific notification requirements;
- contractual procedures;
- evidence requirements;
- applicable limitation periods;
- applicable transport law; or
- relevant international conventions.
Submitting a general website enquiry does not automatically extend or suspend any contractual or legal time limit that may apply to a transport complaint or claim.
Customers should notify Viavera Logistics promptly where they become aware of loss, damage, delay or another significant shipment issue.
Data-protection complaints
Data-protection complaints are handled separately in accordance with our Privacy Notice and applicable data-protection law.
Information about how to make a data-protection complaint is provided in the Privacy Notice.
Changes to the website
We may change:
- website content;
- design;
- functionality;
- services described;
- contact methods;
- online features; or
- other parts of the website.
A change to website content does not retrospectively change the terms of a confirmed transport contract unless the relevant parties expressly agree otherwise.
Changes to these Website Terms
We may update these Website Terms where appropriate, including to reflect:
- changes to our website;
- changes to our services;
- changes to our business;
- changes to legal requirements;
- new online functionality; or
- improvements to our terms.
The latest version will be published on the website with the date it was last updated.
Changes to these Website Terms do not retrospectively alter the terms of a transport contract that has already been formed unless expressly agreed.
Suspension or restriction of access
We may suspend or restrict access to all or part of the website where reasonably necessary, including for:
- maintenance;
- security;
- technical reasons;
- suspected misuse;
- legal requirements; or
- protection of our business, systems or users.
Severability
If any part of these Website Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
No waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Website Terms, this does not mean that we have permanently waived our right to enforce it.
Third-party rights
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a person who is not a party to these Website Terms has no right to enforce them.
This does not affect any right or remedy that exists independently of these Website Terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
For business users, these Website Terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from use of the website are governed by the law of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to disputes between Viavera Logistics and business users arising from these Website Terms or use of the website, subject to any mandatory law that applies.
If you are legally acting as a consumer, nothing in this section removes any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
