Your reference (for example VVL-4821) is on your booking confirmation and quote emails from Viavera Logistics.

Q: How often is tracking updated?

We update status at key milestones — booked, collected, in transit, out for delivery and delivered — and share progress as we receive it from the carrier.

Q: Can I get proof of delivery?

Yes. Once a load is delivered, proof of delivery is available to download here.

Q: My load isn't showing - what should I do?

Check the reference is exactly as written on your confirmation. If it still does not appear, call or WhatsApp us and we will check it for you.
